In Mark We Trust

On July 2nd 2019, Mark announced that he was officially taking on online competitive bodybuilding athletes on his Instagram. That announcement is what began a new era of Tomanek Trained, where athletes from all over the world placed their trust in not just his knowledge and abilities as a coach, but also gaining an understanding of being a competitive person. Every day starts at 0, and we have 24 hours to win that day in whatever definition of winning suits us. Every day is a chance to surpass the last.

All proceeds purchased from June 28th-July 2nd will toward this project will be donated to the animal shelter his best friend Zeus was rescued from.
